"Special Angels is an amazing organization that is made up of a group of amazing women who have such big hearts and we are forever grateful."
We have many wonderful families hoping to adopt a child with special needs. Our families go through an extensive screening process called a home study, as well as agency specific training as needed. They have gone through assessment by a social worker, parenting education, criminal background checks, a review of financial resources, home safety inspections, and more to prepare them for an adoption. They often have experience with special needs on some level whether as a parent, family member, volunteer, or professional.

Cathleen & Chris |
We are Cathleen and Chris, and we have two biological sons, Theo (age 11) and Sam (age 7). Theo has autism and ADHD, and Sam has Down syndrome and autism, so we are well versed in the world of special needs and neurodiversity!
Our boys bring a lot of love and laughter into our home, and we can’t wait to welcome a daughter to our crazy life! We love to travel and try to take at least one big trip a year (and a few weekend jaunts throughout the year if we can manage). Our biggest adventure was a nine-week cross-country road trip in the summer of 2018, and we can’t wait to do that again someday. We also love animals and have a sizable brood: one pug and four cats! We live in a small, friendly town that is driving distance to a major metropolitan area with great healthcare and lots of opportunities for fun family activities. Our boys are particularly fond of the beach! Thanks for taking the time to read about us! |
Mackenzie & Andrew |
Our family has been previously touched by adoption through our oldest daughter, Dakotah. Dakotah has mild special needs, specifically intellectual disabilities. It has been an absolute joy to call her our own as we grow in love and understanding of each other. We have an exceptionally open adoption with her birth mother and we hope to share another open adoption in the future.
God has exposed our lives to many different kinds of special needs over the years— through joy, sincerity, and growth— and we feel drawn to adopt a child with special needs. We are blessed to have a support system that many people do not! Our church and our families have wrapped their arms around us as we welcomed Dakotah in to our family & we are confident they will again with a future child. -Andrew, Kenzie, Dakotah, Adelaide and Clementine. |
Christopher & Stephanie |
Hello! We are Christopher and Stephanie! We are hoping and praying to adopt again. We have three amazing children and lots more room in our loving home. We live in West Virginia for now, but we travel a lot and have the opportunity to live overseas in the next two years. Chris is a federal agent and Stephanie is a stay-at-home mom. We're high school sweethearts and have been happily married for 13 years. We are a Christian family and financially stable. We love Disney and Star Wars, swing dancing, games together as a family (UNO is one of our favorites), horseback & ATV riding, the beach, and we are active in Cub Scouts. We also enjoy baking together as a family. Our friends describe us as family-oriented, adventurous, and loving. We have an amazing pediatrician with weekend hours and are familiar with support services, therapists, and specialists in our area. We have had experience caring for special children through our time serving as foster parents these past 4 years in our community. We also have to mention that our eager and supportive parents (the children's grandparents) have farms with horses and are able to offer private, therapeutic riding sessions. If you want a life of travel and culture for your baby and if it's possible your little one may be a future beach lover and like animals too - and if you're searching for a family to give your child extra love and attention from older siblings, then we may be the right fit! I'm so glad God brought us together and we're honored to have your consideration.

Sheena & Nathan |
We are Nathan and Sheena, and we have an amazing love story. We were high school sweethearts and knew, if possible at 15, that we were soulmates. In July of 2013, we eloped in the Bahamas and have remained inseparable. Nathan works as a Sales Consultant in a historic Steel Mill located in our hometown. Sheena works as a Medical Coder for a nationally recognized hospital. Together, we love running, walking our dog, visiting family, being active members of our church community, antiquing, and attending all types of sporting events—our favorite being college football.
We adopted our first child, Addison, in the summer of 2018, and she is the joy of our lives. Our Christian faith is very important to us, and as a couple, we believe in faith, love, compassion, and respect. We place our faith in Jesus, and everything else just falls right into place. |
Stacey & Pete |
Pete and Stacey are eager to add to their family through adoption. Pete is a Training Coordinator in the oil and gas industry, Stacey is a stay at home parent. They have a son, Nolan, who they adopted at birth. He is in preschool as a typical partner for children with autism and disabilities. They are looking to not only expand their family through another adoption but to help a child or children find their forever family. They look forward to providing a safe and secure home where a child can be given the tools to succeed to the best of his/her ability. Their lifestyle offers structure, love and patience for children.
They live in a suburban setting on a cul-de-sac with a playground and fishing pond. They have a community Easter egg hunt and trick or treat night! They live close to the center of town with multiple schools and a preschool nearby. They also have 3 different community centers that offer various extracurricular activities for people of all ages. With access to local resources for medical, physical, and mental health services, they are prepared to help children be successful. There are 2 local adoption support groups for both adoptive parents and children. |
Jacklyn & Brandon |
Hello expectant mama! We are so happy that you found us to consider as the potential forever family for your child. Brandon and I live in a tight-knit community in Arizona and we are so excited to become parents through adoption. We have been foster parents for three different children over the last two years, and are ready to be a forever family to our future child.
We have a loving family who is supportive of our desire to grow our family through adoption. We both have uniquely compassionate hearts as we both had careers in social work where we cared hands-on with different families and children. We love to travel to visit family in Texas, love spending time with friends playing board games, and taking frequent walks to our neighborhood parks! We hold firmly to our faith and to our Christian community, where we have taught and led youth in different ministry opportunities. This is a very important part of our lives and we are excited for our church community to love on our future child. We have been dreaming of how we can support an expectant mama and the day we will meet our future child. If you are considering adoption for your child, we hope that you will think of us. |
Tracey & Jim |
Hi! We have been married for 31 years, 12 kids (ten adopted), grandkids, aunts, uncles, cousins, and never a dull moment. Such is our beautiful life that God has granted us. It's busy, adventurous, mostly loud, and filled with lots of love and joy. This crazy gang enjoys life together...we play, we minister, we love, we cry, we encourage, and we pray together. We're a family, and this family continues to welcome more little ones to care for, love and give a forever family. Adoption is our calling. Our children are our treasures here on earth. Our arms and our home are open to embrace the precious life of another, should the Lord allow it to be. We are excited and prayerful. We are a large and very diverse family who feel called to love little ones and give them a forever family to raise them and care for them. We are very involved in community outreach to children with special needs and in nurturing and caring for our children as well. Our family is unique in that we all love and desire to adopt, from the oldest to the youngest. Everyone shares in a special love for children who need forever families. It's very sweet to watch. Our kids share in our excitement every time we get a call to adopt again. The excitement is overwhelming and such a beautiful sight. It's special when an entire family embraces a calling to care for and love children.

We love going on vacations and visiting the Smokey Mountains in Tennessee. |
Cliff & Courtney |
We are Cliff and Courtney and we are hoping to start our family through adoption. Shortly after we got married, we began seriously discussing adoption as our number one choice to start our family. But just because we’re currently waiting for our perfect match doesn’t mean our house is always empty! We’re frequently hosting our nephews (6 and 3), our two newborn nieces, our four goddaughters, and the other beautiful children that have come into our lives through our close friends! We always provide a safe place to for kids to just be kids and we’re always on deck to help someone with any last-minute childcare needs.
We live in a beautiful suburban community with access to several different diverse metropolitan areas, several top hospitals, and plenty of recreational activities that are within walking distance. We also live within walking distance of two playgrounds in our community, which is a huge hit whenever we have small visitors. We currently work opposing schedules in order to prepare for children with a wide variety of needs. Through a close friend, we are in touch with several different parenting communities for children with Down syndrome, Autism, or any number of special needs. The school district in our community is also known for their amazing special education programs. Currently, we’re “parents” to our gang of three cats – Frankie, Moo, and Blue. Our nephews and nieces enjoy snuggling with the cats and sneaking them treats when they can. Thanks for taking the time to read about us. We’re hoping to provide a wonderful, loving, and supporting family to a child. One of our biggest dreams would be the chance to adopt a set of siblings. |

Kay (Kyoko) |
Hello! I am Kay (Kyoko). I have a love for hiking and taking walks in the outdoors. I’m very fortunate to have developed a close-knit network of caring friends in the area who are very happy about my journey of adoption and very supportive and willing to help out as if they were family.
Gardening and dance are two of my biggest hobbies. I love helping things grow. I’ve learned to grow many types of vegetables and fruits in the backyard. I regularly grow kale, watermelon, tomato, grapes, cucumber and green peppers and harvest them to give to my friends as well as to enjoy in my kitchen. As for dance, I’ve learned Salsa, Hawaiian dance, and my current favorite is Zumba. Lately, I attend a Zumba class online everyday after work. I earned my license to teach Zumba recently and started teaching Zumba in November of 2019. Zumba has also helped me expand my social circles and develop new friends. My current home (4-bedroom, 3-bath single family home) is in a quiet and safe neighborhood, has good-sized front and backyards and is located in a diverse community with neighbors of different cultures including Asian, Hispanic, African American and Caucasian. I believe a child of any ethnicity would feel included and part of the community here. I’m about 20 minutes from the beach by car and have quick access to three different highways. I’m also located a five-minute walk from a highly-rated elementary school. My neighbors are friendly and keep a good watch on each other’s homes. I hope my words have given you a glimpse of my heart. For me, it feels miraculous to be given this opportunity to care for a child. I’ve always loved children and since I’ve been an adult I’ve wanted to raise a child and help him/her to grow, provide for them, help them to experience the world in their own way. This is a once-in-a-lifetime chance for me and I promise to give my best for your child. I hope that we can develop a unique connection and if you are interested in doing that, I will always be open to you and would love to share your child’s growth with you as much as possible. |
Dawn |
Hello, my name is Dawn. Thank you for taking the time to learn more about me. I appreciate the tough decisions birth parents make in creating an adoption plan for their child. I have the utmost respect for them and the path they take. I pray daily for birth parents and their children.
Unfortunately, I can no longer have children due to complications. After, the diagnosis I took the time to heal and pray, and I came to the conclusion that I still wanted to be a parent, so I began exploring adoption. Through my photos, you will see I often wear sunglasses, as I am light sensitive and it causes migraines. I do love taking pictures, and I hope to share photos and videos with birth parents as their child grows. I was a teacher for close to a decade, and now I can be a stay-at-home mom. I hope that I can show a child that having more than one dream is alright, and changing your path is always an option. The title of mommy means the world to me, and I can’t wait to grow my family. |
Erica |
I am a single mother by choice wishing to grow my family through adoption. I am fluent in American Sign Language and have many years of experience with differently-abled individuals. My family is very active and fun. We love to spend time playing sports, theme parks and the beach. We enjoy cooking our nightly meal together and winding down with a good book.

Laura & Joe |
Hey there precious mama!️
️ Joseph and I (Laura) are both teachers who have devoted our lives to caring for children. We have been married for 6 years and live in a very family-friendly suburb outside of Chicago. We are Home Study approved.✔️ What Led Us To Adoption We love children and have always wanted a big family. After years of fertility treatments, we were blessed with our little boy, and since Joe is an only child, his dream and our dream is for our son to have a brother or sister to grow up with. After multiple losses, we felt the best way to grow our family is through adoption. We have always thought adoption was so beautiful and have friends who have been blessed with a family through the adoption process. We have so much love and cannot wait to add another blessing to our family. |
Michelle |
Hi! I am a single, Hispanic, Christian female that owns her own business and I have been educating children in private family homes for 10 years . I have been called since I was a little girl to be a mom and always wanted to adopt special needs children because they are just so special. I feel that when put in a home that has the patience and experience I can ensure that my children thrive and my sons are living proof. We are excited to provide a nurturing loving home and welcome more children into our family. I have a great support system from my church, my family and friends, and support groups. My medical background helps me better prepare for my children's future. Our family is eager to welcome a little one into our home.

Jason & Sharon |
Hi, we're Jason & Sharon (and Asher)! We met in 2007 while training for a marathon. We soon realized that we were more than just friends and fell in love with the caring, supportive partners we are to each other. We are both deeply loyal to our friends, family, and each other. We both think that we are the funniest people alive and love to go on adventures, travel, and spend time with our family. We love our son, Asher, who was born in August 2018, more than words could possible describe and want more than anything to grow our family and share the love that we have to give.

Paul & Miriam |
Paul and Miriam live in a small town in Missouri. Miriam teaches high school math, and volunteers to tutor disadvantaged kids to read. Paul has worked 24 years as a residential appraiser. He has also substitute taught special needs' kids and been the group home caregiver for brain-injured people. Since we are anticipating adding a young one to our family, Paul is currently stay at home dad with our 5 cats. He is waiting for some young children to love and care for. We fostered a baby and nonverbal toddler sibling set, and also 2 preschool age sisters. We are hoping for an open, private adoption of a baby, or young sibling set. We are active. Paul swims or does other sports every day. Miriam is also very active in sports and loves to swim and taught their foster girls to swim. We have a wonderful multicultural church that we are very involved with.

Grant & Sarah |
Hello Birth Family!
We are Grant and Sarah and we are honored that you are considering our family! We have 5 children and a Golden Retriever and we are excited to add another beautiful child to our family through adoption! Our oldest daughter was born with Down syndrome, and she has been the most rewarding, unexpected blessing we could have received. We have been honored to be her parents, and knew that God was calling us to adopt a child with Down syndrome. Grant works for the Air National Guard, and Sarah is a stay-at-home mom, and also owns a small photography business. We were high-school sweet hearts, and have been blessed with 16 years of marriage. We have a large home in the country and are financially stable. Our Christian faith is very important to us and we are members of a close-knit Christian church and community. As a family, we enjoy taking vacations, hiking, kayaking, camping, swimming, biking, and fishing. We are all so eager to step out in faith for this next chapter God has led us to! |
Megan & Christian |
We are a fun loving Christian family centered around spending time with each other. Our family is very tight knit, and love taking new adventures together. Our most favorite thing to do is taking the camper on trips to enjoy time together and not worrying about what’s going on in the world. Megan’s parents live on a farm, so the kids
enjoy their time in the mountains quite often exploring, hiking, and spending time with family. Our boys Bentley, Sawyer, and Flynn play soccer and have a love for the outdoors. Charleston does ballet/tap, gymnastics, and loves everything girly. Portman our youngest son loves for his sister to drive him around in his power wheel until it’s time to recharge. We have been married 12 years, with 5 children of our own, and always looking to grow our family! Adoption has always been a cherished idea, and now we feel that we are blessed to extend our family and home to one who may need that extra care and love in their lives. We live in the outskirts of one of the largest medical corporations and have access to all areas of specialized care. Christian is a medical provider and Megan used to be, so we have experience in all facets of different special needs children. Megan is now a stay at home mom who home schools our children that way we are able to spend more time collectively and experience life. We are very grateful that God has called us to adoption and blessed to have your consideration through this process! Know we are praying for you through this time in your life! |
Charity & Dennis |
We are a large, Christian, homeschooling family. We live on a little hobby farm, and try to do things as naturally as possible. We also really love tattoos, because we have to balance the natural, right?
Dennis is a hard working man who provides for his family. Charity is a stay at home, homeschooling mom. It's important for us to encourage each child's own unique gifts and talents, and we support them in whatever way possible. We try to raise as much of our own food as we can, but since we're terrible gardeners, that doesn't work out well. So I (Charity) preserve as much food (that we buy) as I can during the summer. Because I don't work outside of the home, I'm there and able to take the kids to wherever they need to go, be that practice, lessons, therapy, doctor, or wherever. Our family has had many ups and downs over the years (that's bound to happen after 18 years of marriage!), we're very stable, and can offer a loving home with lots of older siblings to love on another child. |
Marguerite |
While I have a big family and am just one person, please know it is not as tough as it sounds. My kids are my passion and I am good at this (my caseworker will attest to). I do not do this alone. I have an amazing family and friends network and it truly does take a village to raise kids.
Family includes 3 sets of grand parents, 6 uncles, 4 aunts, and 10 cousins all with all 30 minute radios. Friends include 3 sets that I have know for over 20 years and they are as close as family. There are 4 sets of twins in our families so I am very well versed in kids close in age. We do have pets who are a part of our family so allergies would be difficult. I work as a software development manager at a financial firm. This allows me to make a good wage but still have flexibility to work remote and change my hours to meet my kids needs We live in Colorado just outside of the Denver metro in a town that has been named best places to live multiple times recently. We have many large families in our neighborhood and the kids all play often. Our neighborhood also has a 3 parks, 2 pools and activity center which are all walking distances and part of the HOA. We have malls, great schools walking distance and much more. In addition the town has a recreation center for trampolines, indoor pool/playground, sports leagues and teams. My family has an active and working relationship with play, occupational, physical and speech therapists. We have had the same pediatrician for over 20 years! In addition we have many great Children's hospital locations and a pediatric trauma center within a short distance, which my sister works at. Our family loves to do a variety of things and stay busy. My girls do extra curricular activities such as girls scouts, swim team/lessons, volleyball, figure skating, archery, diving, theater, band/choir, cheer and dance. We take annual trips (or more) to Disney as it is our happy place. It gives us time to just be kids together without the stress of the world. The girls all have varied relationships with birth family from from opened to very closed. I would prefer an open relationship as knowing their biological roots is very important to all of us! I love my family more than I can ever explain and would love to add the youngest to the tribe. |
Jessica & Joshua |
We are a loving family of four looking to grow through adoption! Jessica is a third grade reading and English teacher at our local elementary school. Josh is a manager at nationally known tire
distributor. Our sons, Max (11) and Charlie (9), are both enrolled in school where Jessica teaches. They're active in baseball, basketball, drama, and taekwondo. We also have two dogs, Colby and Finn who love to be snuggled and spoiled. In our spare time together we enjoy being outdoors, visiting our lake home, taking vacations both near and far, checking out new or unusual places to eat (especially donuts or ice cream!), and spending time with extended family. We love baseball and play together as a family, go to little league games, and are big Cleveland Indians fans! |
Deanna & Antonio |
Tony and I met online in 2007 and after 4 years of long distance dating, he immigrated to the United States and we married in 2011. Due to medical issues I had, we discussed adoption early in our dating. We always wanted to grow our family whether that was through bio children or adoption, but adoption was always on the table. We became Foster Parents in 2016 and have since had 7 children come through our home for various lengths of time. Thus far, they have all been reunited with their birth families. We have 3 little rescue dogs that add to the fun and joy in our family.
We live about an hour outside of a major metropolitan city in Southern California and are blessed to enjoy mostly sunny days, proximity to parks and beaches and a Village of diverse loved ones that help make our lives more fun. Since our families are either in Cuba or the Midwest, we have built a village in our community that has become our family. It is made up of people of different ages, backgrounds, races and religions, and we love it! We are also very engaged in our church community and have been so blessed to have such a close and supportive network of friends there as well. Tony works for a major technology company and I am a stay at home mom so I can be available when we have foster placements. We have a very close relationship with a former placement that we had from birth and we co-parent her still with her birth family, so to her we are still mama and daddy and she is with us several months in the year. She is now 4 years old and very excited to be a big sister! We are an interracial family with a household that primarily speaks English, but my husband also speaks Spanish and Portuguese so we would love for our child/children to grow up being bi-lingual as well. We look forward to getting to know you and answering any questions you have about our family. |
Whitney and Adam |
Every child deserves a loving family to call their own and we are excited to expand our family again through adoption! We know we are called to adopt extra special kiddos and we have an amazing support system. We look forward to getting to know you and you precious baby! Thank you for choosing life and considering us to love you and your baby

Leah and Matthew |
Hello, we are Matthew and Leah from Wisconsin. We have been married for ten years and have five biological children: Gregory (9), Teresa (8), Cecilia (6), Gianna (5), and Elizabeth (3). Matthew works as a software developer at a technical college and Leah worked as a nurse before getting married and is now delighted to be a stay-at-home mom.
While we are extremely grateful for the children God has given us, we continue to feel a longing to welcome another child into our family. He or she would have five older siblings who would love and help take care of them and we know the joy they would bring to us! |
Merlin & Miriam |
We are the regular American Family. We are Bible (KJV) believers, and go to church every Sunday. We live in the country on a farm, in the Rocky Mountains! We love children and want to grow our family. Our daughters also love children and are very much looking forward to more siblings!

Brittany & Paul |
Hi! We are so excited to start our journey as parents through adoption. Since the start of our marriage, we have known that we wanted to be parents and start a happy loving family. Throughout our journey towards parenthood, we have always felt in our hearts that we were called to become adoptive parents. We believe strongly that there is a unique connection between adoptive and expectant parents and hope that our profile helps you to get to know us a little bit better. Paul is a talented artist who likes to both create his own art and appreciate the artistic work of others. He likes to create art of all kinds but most recently has begun to create pieces using watercolors. Paul loves coffee and enjoys reading a good book with some coffee or hot chocolate in hand. Outside of art, Paul's favorite pastime is playing board games with friends and family. Brittany loves to read and is always learning something new. Her passion for education has helped her to earn her masters degree, and she hopes to one day work as a child and adolescent therapist. Brittany is also very creative and loves to express her creativity through embroidery, knitting, and other crafting projects. She also loves sports, particularly soccer and is excited at the possibility of coaching your child's future soccer team.

Ashley |
Written by my best friend Stephanie:
I have known Ashley for most of my life. We grew up together through school, college, and remain close now in our adult lives. Ashley has always been a kind, caring, and giving person, and she has also been very driven. She knows what she wants and works incredibly hard to be successful and to make the lives of those around her more joyful and easier if she can. The decision to adopt is another deep-rooted want for Ashley. Since we were old enough to talk about having kids of our own Ashley has always been admit that she wanted to adopt. This was more than a childhood talking point. When she grew up she dedicated her schooling and career to working with children. She dedicated her time, energy, and money if necessary, to positively impact the lives of children. Making the world a little better for little ones is by far one of her biggest passions and biggest dreams. I promise that Ashley will love your little one fiercely. I promise that she will provide for your little one in every way. I promise that your little one will be surrounded by such a large support system consisting of family and friends. I promise that Ashley will be your little one’s biggest supporter, advocate, friend, mentor, and ever-loving parent. I promise these things because I have seen them in action. I have seen Ashley provide these things and take on these roles for every child she encounters. Her heart is so full of love, and all she wants is to share that with the world. Adoption is such a fundamental part of who Ashley is. Watching her grow and become the woman that she is, watching her learn all she can, watching her dedicate her life to the little ones of the world is what allows me to confidently write these words. Ashley will be the best version of herself she can be for your little one. |
Ariell and David |
Hello There! Welcome!
Thank you for sharing some of your time with us! We are a loving, close and playful family of four. Our fun family bunch is made up of David, Ariell, Evie and Thorin. We are a love with all you got, laugh till your stomach hurts and dance in the rain type of family. No matter what we are doing we make life fun. David and I have been married for 10 wonderful romantic years. Having children is something we both always wanted since we were young. Thankfully, we did not have to wait long. Evie was our super surprise honeymoon baby. She was the perfect way to start off our marriage and family. After years of infertility David and I started down the journey of adoption. To our eternal gratitude, we were blessed with being entrusted to adopt Thorin. Having an open adoption gave all of us all the special gift of also getting to know his Birth Parents as well. To this day we have a wonderful relationship with his Birth Parents and his Birth Grandparents. We truly cherish our relationships and time with them. As a family we love to live life to it fullest while loving and laughing the whole way. We always make sure our children feel loved, seen and celebrated for who they are. No matter if we are on a family road trip, having our Friday family game nights or learning to cook a new recipe together, we always have a great time. Words could never express how deeply we love Thorin and Evie. David and I are beyond grateful to be their parents and to be able to have the family that we do. Our family will always come first for David and I. We never take for granted how blessed we are to have the children we do. We are all very excited to grow our family again! |
Heather and Todd |
We are a small family of 3 looking to grow our family with another special child! We live in a small community that has many resources and a small commute to larger cities. We love going for walks and bike rides, playing on the swing set, fishing and camping during the summers! Todd works full time during the week and Heather has the luxury of being a dedicated stay at home mom.

Tracy and Karen |
Tracy and Karen were high school sweethearts years ago and reconnected after 10 years of being apart. The reconnection was meant to be, as they’ve been happily married now for 12 years! Tracy and Karen have been through a lot in their marriage, with their vows of “in sickness and in health” tested early on. Through the many challenges they’ve faced, the couple has proven they are resilient. Although they were unable to have biological children, they can’t wait for the day they can bring home a child through adoption. Tracy and Karen both have a passion for music and try to attend at least four concerts every year. They are also avid hockey fans and had season tickets to their local team for over 10 years.
Tracy describes Karen as one of the smartest people he has ever met. She enjoys planting flowers, spending time outside and watching dramas and documentaries on Netflix. In Karen’s words, Tracy is one of the most hard working and creative people she has ever met. Karen says Tracy is an example of a truly loyal partner and she is grateful for the love and support he provides for her. They believe they have a truly incredible love story and their commitment to the dream of sharing their love as parents continues to grow each and every day. They would love nothing more than to become parents through an open adoption. |

Although we have already been blessed with biological children, we are adopting because we want make our family available to provide for and forever love a child who needs us. Adoption holds a special place in our hearts and in God's heart. Margot herself grew up in a very diverse family; she has nine, multi-racial siblings through both biology and adoption! We can see firsthand that God grows families and we are thrilled at the prospect of growing our family through adoption! |
Michael and Mindy |
Hello! We are Michael and Mindy and we are excited to start our family! We live outside of a big city with our pets along with Mindy's parents and a sibling live in an apartment attached to our house. There is lots of love to share! Mindy's parents adopted 8 children with special needs so they have a ton of experience to share with us. Mindy is also a special education teacher and we believe all children can learn and be an important part of their community. We are comfortable with many disabilities including spina bifida, down syndrome, cerebral palsy, blindness, deafness, hydrocephaly, hydrancephaly and more. We are already well plugged into the special needs community around us and are willing to learn more. We would love to make you a part of our family!

Brian and Kelle |
Hello! We are Brian and Kelle. We have always wanted a big family! Although there are benefits to any size family, we believe big families offer a unique opportunity to learn the virtues of love, patience, selflessness, and sometimes, yes, even forgiveness starting from a young age. We raise
our children to understand what it means to be a part of something greater than themselves. It's a journey, and we have so much fun together! We have a particular affinity for adopting a little one with Down Syndrome. We believe in our heart of hearts that God doesn't make mistakes when creating a special little one. Just as they are, they have value and can make their mark on the world just like anyone else. We desire to be blessed with the opportunity to encourage and love a child with Down Syndrome (or whatever special ability God sends our way) to help them make that mark a beautiful one. |
